Cooking classes - L'Amandier de Mougins

Located in the old village of Mougins, l'Amandier, a former oil mill, overlooks a panoramic landscape. The cooking school was founded by Roger Vergé and converted into a Restaurant.

The classes orchestrated by a bilingual teacher, Chef Denis Fétisson, offer a programm which follows the seasons to help appreciate flavours and fragrances. Thus, learning how to prepare gastronomic cuisine is simple and fun. Clever tricks of the trade are explained in the kitchen to groups of 6 to 12 participants. Each session (approximately 2½ hours) is built around a theme and end with tasting.
