This culinary adventure began at Le Vieux Chêne, in Tourtour, with Chef Paul Bajade. Before settling in Mougins, with a Marseille accent that could have earned him a role in Pagnol’s famous plays, he has worked with many Chefs : Francis Chauveau at La Belle Otéro in Cannes, the unforgettable Roger Vergé at Le Moulin de Mougins, Jean-Pierre Jacob at La Bateau Ivre, Jany Gleize at La Bonne Étape in Château-Arnoux and Yannick Alleno at Le Cheval Blanc in Courchevel.
