Elien & Matthieu Lestrade, new owners of Le Clos Saint-Basile Restaurant, welcome you to a cosy setting, with their new “RESTAURANT & VINS” concept.
Chef Matthieu offers his tasty inventive cuisine made from seasonal products from the finest producers, while Sommelière Elien selects very fine, sometimes little-known wines to accompany it.

They gained their experience from several years spent in the finest establishments, such as Troisgros in Roanne, Les Pêcheurs on Cap d’Antibes, Le Grand Hôtel in Cannes, Le George V in Paris, Four Seasons–Terre-Blanche in Fayence and, finally, Le Prince de Galles in Paris, as well as participation in the 2011 season of the “Top Chef” TV contest.

This enabled them to acquire rigorous demanding method, a sense of service and the notion of respect for their products for the pleasure of their knowledgeable clientele with whom they now wish to share their passion.

They aim to pursue in the continuity of their mentors, with the will to offer their patrons the finest cuisine accompanied by “discovery wines”.

With their cellar, you can order by the glass from a regularly updated wine selection to find the best quality-price ratio.
